2002 ENVOY BLOWER FAN NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME

The fan in my Envoy works intermittently, most mornings not at all, then in the afternoon no problem???? Possible culprits?

replace the blower motor, it has a dead spot and when you turn off the power and it stops at that spot it wont work. some times banging the motor will start it again or hitting the right bump on the road
