Just bought a 2019 Silverado 1500  5.3L84 with 10,000 miles on it, is using Lucas Fuel Treatment in it recommended?

Won't hurt it at all as long as you use it every x,****** miles, whatever is recommended by the fuel treatment manufacturer.

 

Another measure you can take it to only use Top Tier certified fuel.  Not required, but helps in the long run.

 

If you really want to keep your engine and other parts at their best, use Amsoil products.

Major fuel brands will already have an additive package.
