Help identifying noise

In the video linked below you can hear a chirp when I start my truck. I never hear it except during startup. I crawled all around and I can't pinpoint the sound. Any ideas??

I held it open while cranking the truck and I still heard the sound. Appeared to be from the front of the vehicle. Thats about as close as I can pin point it.

sounds to be coming from the starter
