Beat me to it. I added a leveling kit and found this hex head buried. Easier if you have another guy helping.

An air wrench will break it free initially, but like mentioned above you will need to hold the stud stationary with a wrench or pliers(if you don't have the correct wrench size) while you back the nut off once broken free.  The same procedure for tightening will be used.  Once you tighten the nut back down enough to where it contacts its abutment surface, you can torque it down without having to hold the stud stationary.
