USB ports - Making them constant powered

Somewhere i saw a video about this, but I've searched for the last hour and can't find it.  

 

On the 20 Silverado, supposedly, there is a way to move or jump the fuse for the USB ports to either be powered by battery (always on) or accessory (when key is on).  

 

Right now they do not stay on, and I would like them to for a few pieces of equipment I'm installing that are powered by USB.  

 

Maybe it was only about the 12volt outlets?  Anyone help?

So I figured out that it is the 12v (cigarette outlets) that you can switch with a fuse swap.  Right now the are battery powered.

 

If you want them accessory powered go to the right fuse panel and move the 50A fuse from the F27 position to the F28 position.

 

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW A MOD LIKE THIS FOR THE USB POWER PORTS?  Particularly the rear of the center console outlets.

making them hot all the time is pretty simple. remove the fuse, find what leg is going to the usb ports and create a small jumper from an always hot fuse to the leg that controls the usb ports. the bigger question is what else does the usb fuse control? need an answer to that question before proceeding.
