I had 3 separate codes for the bank 2 sensor 2, P0056, p0060 and p0161 on my 06 Sierra 6L. When I replaced the 02 sensor I immediedly had the p0056 and p0161 codes come back along with p0030 and p0135 for the bank 1sensor1. What happened? Is it possible I blew a fuse?

Just because an O2 sensor code is thrown does not mean the sensor itself is bad, it is likely detecting an issue upstream of the sensor causing the sensor to trip.   Hopefully someone can chime in on what to look for but if not, I'd suggest taking it in to a good shop to have it properly diagnosed and connected to various analyzers.

I knew it might be a wiring problem before I replaced the sensor and this seems to be proven now. What I’m trying to understand is why changing bank 2 sensor 2 caused all the same codes to pop up for bank 1 sensor 1.
