I have a new 2020 GMC AT4.  It has 3500 miles on it.  Drove it yesterday with no problems.  Washed it in the afternoon and put away in the garage.  Went out today to run to the store and had zero signs of life.  No lights or power to anything.  Key fob doesn't do anything.  Going to try and jump start it shortly but finding it hard to believe something drained the battery to zero since it wasn't on.  Thoughts?

battery connections and/or bad battery.  Even if brand new.  it happens.  Battery problems are going to be 90% of the issues on all make and models going forward in this day and age.

My 2020 had this same issue.  Towed to the dealer who replaced the battery.  Just prior to it happening on mine the screen would be blank if I used the remote starter.  I see that GM has a software update now that is supposed to correct this issue.

How true that is . Until  manufacturers do away with  old school technology led acid, there will always be a problem. Think about it, the same battery that's in my 2020HD came in my "55" chevy.

Mine had the same problem, drove good 1 day, dead the next, nothing worked, jumped it and took it to the dealer who tried to give me some BS about my amp steps being plugged into the OBD port, and refused to give me a new battery. Drove it home and tighten the bolts in the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side and it's bee fine since (4 months).

I had the same thing happen to me in the summer. Jump did not work. The tow truck driver came and said disconnect the battery for 1 minute. Then reconnected and vroom it started right away.  He had seen this happen on a different gmc model the week before. The dealer ship told me next time have it towed in so they can try to figure it out. Pretty sure next time i will do the same thing as i don't typically have time to not drive my truck! Hopefully GM will figure it out so it can be fixed during its next service.

I had the same issue on my 2020 Silverado 1500 / 12,000 miles. No power at all. 3 times so far. The dealer has no clue. A jump start helps but it keeps happening. I'm about to go buy a Ford or Dodge. These kind of problems should not be happening and when it's over multiple years, on brand new vehicles Chevrolet has to step up and it seems they are not. smh
