Been shopping around for some wheels and tires for the Spring for my 2020 2500HD Silverado. Thinking about getting a set of fuel wheels that are 20x10 with a -18 offset. I've never purchased aftermarket wheels or tires before and want to get this right so forgive me for being uninformed. I also want to get 35x12.50R20s mud tires to go along with them. What I'm wondering is if I will have to get a lift for the truck or any wheel spacers for this setup at all? Again sorry for my ignorance just want to get this right before I pull the trigger.

you will have to do a significant amount of trimming to get those to work. even more if you are not leveled or lifted.

generally a 9" wide wheel with 0 offset is the "widest" you can go with minimal trimming on a 11.5" wide tire. a 12.5" wide tire increases the amount of trimming.

it looks like a 9" wide wheel with a +18-20 offset is the best bet to avoid rubbing and possibly have no trimming or very, very little.

Do more research before buying. custom offsets is a good site to look at pics and specs

Agree with Kylant... a few people here have that wheel and tire combo and I believe they all have at least a 2.5" to 3" level and trim the wheel well liners and mud flaps.

That is the setup I have. I have an aftermarket bumper and a Superlift suspension lift of 3 inches in front and 2 in the back. Even with that minor trimming on the inside of the front mudflaps was required but not much
