When do service manuals appear

So we're in the second model year of the HDs.  When can we expect service manuals to hit the street... either GM official or third party?

Seems like the become publicly available as stuff goes out of the bumper to bumper warranty.

 

2018 ones are available now for silverado/sierra.

HelmInc is the official provider for many brands. 

They have owners warranty etc manuals available sooner than shop manuals.
