Blower motor not working.

Hey everyone! 
 

so my blower motor went out. Checked all fuses. I bought a new motor but still no function. I have voltage at the actual motor.  But it won’t turn on. 
my climate  controls work? I can hear the vents moving in the dash if I change from floor to windshield etc.

Any help on tracing the call from the controls? I have voltage sitting at the motor. I’ve never done this kind of thing any help your be much appreciated.

there is always power at the motor, the speed is controlled by ground inputs sent from the heater control to the hvac control module, check the ground connections inthe pdf i sent you

I have the same problem. Did you solve yours? Do we need just to change the blower? How to check the resistor’s value and connection? Thank you
