Slow speed steering issue

2015 suburban lt, at slow speeds when i turn i get hard steering, service park assist, service stabilitrak and truck sometimes shuts off. Dealer said battery bad. Wanted to replace told them no. Took the battery to my mechanic after me testing it and both meters show good. No open recalls on the truck.
