Starter motor GM 12667173 vs GM 12681473

Hi, I am wondering if these are interchangeable starter motors for my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500.

 

I pulled out the 12667173 today, but not before I purchased the ACDelco 12681473 which is allegedly an "exact fit" but that's not always the case, in my experience.

 

Also, I now see a Valeo starter that claims it replaces the 12667173, though it is $50 more expensive and would take about one week for delivery.

Edit: It's working fine.  Not sure why one is $50 more than the other, but maybe time will tell.
