12 1/8 approximately  center light to the passenger side . 

Top picture shows they're not straight across , sort of a curve .

Sorry i am being a pest but trying to get this accurate so myself and others dont hack up our beautiful trucks...can you get me this measurement...need to make sure it is centered..thanks

They line up.  Measurements are different because the front edge of the windshield is curved - therefore the center light measures further from the front edge than the side lights.

I used the 3/4,  its was a little snug.  I did have to do a little filing.  The hardest one was the center, if you are off a little, that can translate to a big difference from hole position 1,2 or 3.   Take you time an measure, measure, measure.

 

Back 3/4 inch, as long insert is snug and the tabs lock you should be ok,  you do not want the light to twist.  the center will not have that issue but the end light need to be snug even with the locking spring nut.
