I loaned my nearly-restored 1998 W/T1500 to my stepson, who foolishly parked it on the street in front of his home.  Naturally some punk sawed off the brand new catalytic converter, taking the crossover pipe with it.

Punk also sawed through both transmission cooler lines, creating a huge tranny oil slick on the street.

Does anyone know if there is a double-ended metallic compression fitting that I can use to splice the transmission lines back together?  The outer diameter of these lines is approximately 9.8mm.

Where could I purchase this fitting?

Parts stores sell them for brake lines and fuel lines. Cooler lines are basically the same thing. You can easily go to the store and see what sizes they have on hand. Everything is usually going to be in american measurements. So 3/16th, 3/8th, 5/16th for sizes.
