I believe the 2015 Sierra AC system fans should blow air into the cab at a high rate until it gets to 72 degrees then the AC really kicks on.     The noise from the fans used to drive me nuts but now it's not kicking on and it's hot as hell outside and want my cabin to become cooler.

Anyone know why my fans are not automatically kicking on?

Welcome to the site.

From post just last week, maybe start here:

What is your temperature set at when in AUTO?

Also, in your vehicle settings in the radio, under climate, what is your AUTO fan set to?  Should be LOW, MED or HIGH.

Ok I read the manual.    Should set AC fans to automatic and start AC at 72 degrees until the cabin is stabilized to 72 degrees, then drop to a lower temp.  I have done this.   AC still doesn't seem to be cooler.
