I can't find 4.3 engine drain cocks. the radiator drain below the battery only drains about a half gallon of coolant.

Check for a block heater plug, that is about all you get.

  What in the world would you need 10mm "emergency" sockets for? All my vehicles have complete socket sets in them already and even doing high-way assistance a 10mm socket is not frequently used, more often a combo box/open end wrench
