Thanks, I went with 285/55 Ridge Grapplers.  I really wanted 295’s, I had those on my last truck, but I am very happy with how the 285’s turned out.  You’re going to have a lot more options with the 20” wheels, I was very limited since I had 22’s. Good luck, half the fun is trying to figure it all out.

FYI, I have had the RC 3.5" kit on my 2019 Silverado for 60,000+ miles and over two years with no problems. The truck still drives like new, no squeaks or sounds. I was running the stock tires, I believe 265/65R18 but switched to Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT 275/70R18 at 62000 miles.

I have had this lift installed since September 2021 and now I have my sway bar rubbing on my CV shafts while I drive and the two bottom strut bolts are rubbing on the CV boot causing the grease to leak out.  I have an appointment this Friday to have it corrected and will keep you all updated.  I can correct the bolt length but my sway bar rubbing the CV shaft concerns me.

When I called Rough Country they pretty much said there wasn't anything they can do and to take it to the shop who installed it.

Rob, I'm only 2WD, so i didn't encounter that issue when installing a week ago, but i did notice in RC reviews that someone mentioned the same thing. I reached out to rough country and had them send me the sway bar drop kit just incase. They said it was not needed, but i told them it was in the instructions (see attached on page 8 ) and another diesel model had issues with it, so they sent it free of charge. I feel like it was a last minute edit as the picture was drawn instead of a real picture, and hope this may help your issue.

I could try to get you a picture later today or tomorrow morning if you're interested. It's basically 2 metal, roughly 2" thick spacers, that mount to the frame to push out the sway bar..... found a similar link. would be for the T1

I’ve had mine installed for 7 months today, and about 12,000 miles.  Nothing crazy wrong. Ride is definitely stiffer, but that’s to be expected.  I’m also running the RC 2” spacers, so I know I’m putting stress on stuff all over the front end. It hasn’t given me any issues yet.  I’ll be interested what happens in another 10-15k miles when it’s time for tires.

About to do this to my truck. What size tires are you running and do they rub at all?

How are those coopers compared to stock ride?  I assume they are E rated tires.  How much MPG did you lose?

Did your kit come with the sway bar drop?  Its not shown in the kit when you look it up online.  I noticed it in the installation insturctions and called them.  They said the new kits are coming with it - to help with allignment issues.  Anyway you can order the sway bar drop kit for about $40 from them.

Anyone have this lift on the 2.7L. if so can you get me a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the fender. I have a 3" moto fab lift currently but would like to go to 3.5" and replace the struts. Just wanted to compare the hight with my current lift. I still have a slight rake. Thanks.

Im actually looking for a way to go down to 3" from 3.5".  I have 34s and its still a bit too much gap for my taste.  It rides great tho.  Rough country says this will only fit 33s but this lift would easily accommodate 35s.

I cant find a loaded 3" strut anywhere.  I think superflift or readylift makes them but their sites are not good.  Maybe a billstein plus a spacer?   I hate the stock ranchos.

Belltech, fox, and eibach all make pre assembled adjustable coilovers
