Cord hanging by abs pump

So this cord is hanging there and it looks like something is missing the cord is tied to the abs pump power cord what was there?

That is normal. That is the flex fuel harness that comes on every truck but your truck does not use it.

 

The thing in the end of the harness is a dummy plug just to stop water and crap from getting in there.

Yea, the truck kind of looks like an archeology dig site, and they discovered a plug from the 1400's.

Hey, thats a great idea! We could all turn the box into a rolling planter. Put a nice big tree in there; clean the air as you drive!
