Recently got my 2020 Sierra SLT. Everything works perfectly except my heated seats (both fronts and rear) and Cooling. I tested all of the fuses on both sides of the dash, all are good( I also tested voltage going through them to make sure, all of them have power). I'm aware of GM cars having problems with heating elements, so I tested them (4.5 ohms),  tested fans under the seat by sensing power to them, both work fine. Controls for heated/cooled seats, on my dash, light up with white color but small three yellow light never come on, not in the front or back. Also memory seats, when I get my seat in the position I want I press set and hear one beep, right after I press "1" and hold it until  I hear two beeps. After changing the seat position, I press and hold "1" to return the seat to set position and seat does not move. I tried the same procedure with "2"  and "exit" and seat does not move when holding the button. After doing some research, I found out there is a "memory seat module" under the driver seat. I was wondering if the same module also controls heated/cooled seats? Is there is something I'm missing or failing to troubleshoot before I start throwing parts at it?
