The difference in the suspension of a2020 RST and a trail boss? Are these struts the same? The only Lyft I can find is a 6 inch lift for my RST they make a 4 inch for the trail boss but it’s a different type of lift.

The suspension difference is 2" longer shocks up front with a longer shock and block in the rear.

Drivetrain difference is longer CV's.

With lifts 4" and above, you usually have drop down brackets for your front differential in which case the longer CV's arent necessary.  However, it would be highly recommended to have the longer CV's if you are lifting 3" or more with no front differential drop kit.

Front suspension lift on the trail boss is a preloaded strut. Basically compresses the spring more for lift. 2" block in rear

rancho z71 shocks are different than TB shocks.......one is monotube and other a twin tube

the monotube is a better shock but still a mass production price point shock......nothing special

Wrong. The struts on the TB/AT4 place the coil spring mount 2” higher.
