I don't know about lockup but I had mine fail where I had to use everything I had to push on brake pedal to stop. It is a known issue and there is a recall for it. Mine started first while driving slowly in reverse down a small grade. It would randomly do it. Then it happened a couple times while going forward. Prior to it happening, there was a preventive software upgrade that the dealer did one time during an oil change. It was after that that more problems happened and the booster was diagnosed as malfunctioning and replaced. I haven't had any problems since and it was done quite some time ago.

What year is your truck? There's an extended warranty for this...

2015. I knew about that. I wanted to know if its happened to anybody else.  They  had me in and out in 4 hours.  They replaced the pump and fixed all the other recalls

It was a big enough of a  problem that a recall had to be done, special coverage given, and several TSB's. Do a search just on this forum alone to see all the complaints...
