Power Steering Cooler Location Mystery 06 Express

I just purchased an 06 Express 3500 6.0. The PO deleted the P/S cooler and looped the line. I ordered the cooler by VIN and its the simple tube type cooler and not the heavy duty style real cooler with the pressure switch. There is an old cooler under the front radiator crossmember that appears to be the heavy duty cooler but according to the VIN it shouldn't have that. I tried to install the tube cooler in this location but the bends just don't seem right. Can someone post pics of the tube type cooler location and hose routing please?

I have a 2008 at work and it has the tube style on the body crossmember under the radiator.  Exactly like the lower picture.
