Spare tire lock

Trying to find a spare tire winchlock for a 1998 Sierra, the lock bar is 1/2", not finding listings for '98, anyone know if later models will work?

I looked a little bit and only found part numbers for 99+ body style trucks.

 

I bet if you swapped bumpers to a 99+, then you'd get what you wanted lol.

You might message the eBay seller in the following link as he specializes in those model year trucks. He could probably answer your question.
