DIC not working

I have an 05 yukon denali with a 6.0. The DIC does not work.  The stereo controls on the steering wheel work. The horn does not work. Could be unrelated I just picked this thing up last week. Everything else electronic seems to be ok. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Cluster failures are very common with those trucks. Stepper motor failures and the information center going dead. Hard to say what the exact issue is at the moment.

 

The horn could be a fuse or the horn is just dead. You'd need to check/test both of those first though.

My first thought was a bad cluster. When I've seen this in the past there is Usually more problems with guages etc. Just put this out to see if anyone had any info before I dig too deep into this. Just bought it for a beater so not looking to dump a lot of time and money into it. Thanks for the reply

I hear they got medications for that.  Just funnin' ya!  

 

On the 900s the buttons that operate the DIC were broken in mine, replaced that and all was good.
