2014 Silverado Not Starting

2014 Chevy Silverado won’t start. The relay clicks, brand new battery, tested the starter and they said it’s fine. Checked the fuse panel for corrosion didn’t see any. What else is there to do? I’m stuck.

More than likely a ground issue. This should give you a weekend project to work on.
