2021 Silverado 1500 heads up display not working

I have a Silverado 2021 time to install the Heads up display feature

 

I installed these parts

Driver Information Display Switch: 84456360
Instrument Cluster: 84804721
Instrument Panel: 84553050
Cluster Visitor: 84054788
Head-up Display: 84395830
Reinforced Beam Deflector: 23387335
Outlet Duct: 23391609
Windshield: 84398043
 
 
WAM VIN Programmed
Phil's custom harness
-2014 - 2018 Silverado / Sierra - HUD Retrofit Harness - Harness Dr. DIY Done Right

 

but not working

 

I have a question about
Regarding the wire that goes to the Clusters
 the wire into the block connector Cluster PIN 21

 

Is the 2018 model the same for 2021

 

and about

yellow wire to x51l fuse
x2 - pin 3
LED Backlight Dimming Control

 

red wire x51l fuse
x2 - pin 35
Battery Postitive Voltage

 

This is for the 2018 model
What about the 2021 model

 

May I know where I can install these wires?
