Torque specs exhaust manifold bolts 1996 GMC K1500

I'm replacing my passenger side exhaust manifold. I have Haynes manual but I'm not finding a clear answer in there. Can someone tell me what the torque specs are for the bolts connecting the manifold to the head. Also I was wondering if someone could tell me the torque specs also for the exhaust/cat pipe the screws into the lower pipe of the exhaust manifold. I've googled but seeing different answers everywhere. Thanks in advance.

according to alldata , 2 passes 11ftlb first pass , second pass 22 ftlb

 

flange stud  nut 47 ftlb

if you look at your haynes manual , chapter 2a, page 2a-2 specifications , middle  of that page has torque specs for exhaust manifolds
