There’s not a modern house we like. Growing up in New Jersey houses had real rooms. Even the couple of houses  we had built had rooms. No open concept for us. The older the better. Hardwood floors are eco chambers. Got to have carpet. My son’s very large house looks like one large room with different furniture. Not for me.
