I have a 2014 Silverado with L83. Truck has modifications as listed. BTR stage 2 truck cam, VVT lock out & DoD delete, l86 intake/throttle body, catch can, k&n cold air intake, long tubes off road y pipe, full magnaflow exhaust, tuned on 91 with HP tuners.  Truck has been modified for the last 4 years. 2 years ago the torque converter was changed. All 8 fuel injectors were done in February. Just recently I’ve noticed a shuttering/hesitation when in 6th gear TCC locked light throttle. It’s not a consistent shutter but is felt threw out the truck. No real RPM change. No codes set, no misfires counting on scan tool but not sure if it happens enough to pick up. No data for TCC slip Soren on scan tool being used. If it is forced off the shutter isn’t felt but the Cruising RPM isn’t the same and obvious a slight misfire won’t be as notice with converter not locked. I have recently changed plugs, wires. Swapped know good coils around. Replaced maf and O2 sensors. Injector balance test all shows mid 30’s for all injectors. Compression tests were around 210 on all cylinders. Even went as far as replacing the torque converter with the new hp fluid. Still feel the shutter. Anyone have any suggestions? Would be greatly appreciated

any misfire symtoms yet on the plugs or injectors?

what mods where done to the trans tune?

what gears lock TCC in?

is it stock converter or aftermarket?

have you tried the trans re-learn, trans-clean, clear adapts, or trans purge with a GM technitians tool using GM protocalls?

Pulled the plugs twice, all read the same. All 8 injectors were done in February for a cold start misfire. Problem was resolved. No fuel trim issues at this time. Trans is mostly a stock profile tune with a little firmer shifts and better timing. I believe TCC will lock in 3-6. Stock converter, don’t have a tool that will do a quick re learn. Shift adapts we’re re set. Don’t really have a shifting issue. Haven’t tried a trans clean or purge. Not totally convinced it’s in the trans, but at this point I’m open to all options as I’m running out of things to check/replace.

sounds like its fuel and ECU fuel mapping tuning issues, try a different engine tune file, might even try the stock OE engine tune file.   see what happens

A different ECM tune has been tried. As well as this issue just randomly started on a morning commute to work about a month ago. No recent work/repairs were made previous to issue occurring.
