USB Sound Issues

2015 Silverado LT

When I plug my phone into USB it takes about 3 minutes to even recognize it’s been plugged in and then once it recognizes it’s connected no sound emits from speakers? Sound familiar to anyone?

Which USB port are you using? Trim level of truck?

I’m using the one inside the arm rest and it is an LT.

We’ll I just made a discovery it works perfectly fine with applications that are not Spotify, weird.

Good to hear. Most problems will be the cable, or USB port itself. Sometimes upairing the phone from the truck, and starting fresh works too.
