2.7L Plastic Oil Drain Plug

Had my Oil changed today.  The reliable quick change place I go to replaced the plastic drain plug.  This is the trucks first Oil change.  Does the plug need to be changed every Oil change?  I tried to find them on Amazon and no luck.  Where besides the dealer does one buy the plastic oil drain plug?

I’ve performed two oil changes and reused the original plug both times. 
 

No leaks so far.

 

I have seen where you can purchase just the replacement gaskets:

No, its not a one time use plug.  Replace it only if its leaking or doesn't lock in place anymore.

I've done 5 oil changes so far on mine, same oem plug, no problems. Would you mind telling us what the oil change place charged for the new plug?

They did not charge me anything for the plug at all.

6 oil changes as of yesterday. Wipe clean and turn 90o to lock, gently since its plastic locking plug and rubber seal. Works great just be gentle. Most likely numbnuts oil change place monkeys broke yours.
