Service tire monitor system light reset on 2009 Silverado

The service tire monitor system light kept coming on, we would take it to discount tire and they would get the light to come off but then it would come back on in a few days, the fix I found in the video I made below has kept the light off for over a month.

Those things have a battery don't they? Could it be the battery needs replaced?

Yeah, the light comes on to let you know that something is amiss and needs your attention.  A bi-directional scan tool can read those internal codes that is setting off the light.
