read through the thread. for the parts list, this is what i came up with, what else is needed?

upper and lower control arms

2 diff drop brackets

knuckles

LCA bolts

rear blocks and u bolts

skid plates

will not be doing DSSV shocks so i don't believe the brake hoses are necessary.

thanks

Seems right, only things your missing I believe are the one time use bolts. There is a list on one of the pages.

Also can someone confirm that this swap will work on a SRW 3500? I see the u bolts are spec'd to the 3500 size, but if I already have a 3500 would even longer bolts be needed?

Yes, assuming you are wanting to install the rear blocks from the ZR2.

Ya, I assume I would need aftermarket U bolts to accommodate the 1 inch block for the 3500 springs?

perfect. thank you.

didi you end up doing anything with the brake lines? if i read correctly, it looks like you did not

I didn't because I didn't use DSSVs. The OP never posted on whether he finished the mod or not on his end and what ended up happening with the brake lines. I don't think it's been documented whether all 2024s got the brake line change either so the DSSVs could potentially fit all 2024+ models but there's no info on that.

Bilstein 5100s seem like a good option.

Since I got some info from this thread, thought you guys may be interested in the shock comparison I started putting together when I got my ZR2 Gasser.

Have you swapped out your stock shocks?  If so, which did you choose and how do you like them versus stock?  I purchased the Fox 2.5 HTO shocks for mine, but haven't had time to install.

I have 5100s but don't expect amazing results. The springs on these trucks are so heavily sprung that you'll have to be loaded heavy or towing heavy to notice any difference and it will mostly be in control.

I had originally planned to, but have been very impressed with the stock ride on the Multimatics so it'll likely wait until out of warranty shock failure.  From this thread it looks like the brake line routing will have to be redone as part of the swap since most RR shocks utilize the ZR2 location for reservoir mounts.  The 37" fit stock, so I didn't need to swap to accommodate a lift.

Not real learned up on the HTOs, but I'd expect you'll likely get a better ride out of the Foxes than the BS 5100s.  Fox doesn't normally use the stiffer digressive valving.  I didn't see the HTOs as an option on the Fox site last fall when I made the spread sheet.

A buddy of mine just swapped his AT4X 3/4 out for an AT4 1 ton, he's got the King RR Adjustibles to put on, so I look forward to his feedback since he'll have direct Multimatic experience.

Regarding the BS 5100s, from experience with both on our Jeep, I'd highly recommend springing for the 5160s (same ~2" body with a remote reservoir).  They're normally the cheapest RR option, and I saw significant ride improvement over the 5100s back to back.

Agree, never had any issues with Bilstein shocks before. I was a Rancho guy for a while, but they never really lasted longer than 2 years.
