2015 sierra 5.3 idling issues

I have a 2015 sierra 1500 5.3 started running horrible unhooked neg battery cable let set 10 min hooked back up and runs good drove around for about 20 min parked truck let set overnight now runs horrible again stft goes in the negative also ltft also goes in the negative and truck dies

How many miles? Any work done? Last tune-up? Ever clean throttle body?

And codes? Are you in the rust belt?

This could be from many things.

181000 miles cleaned maf and throttle body new plugs and wires new oxygen sensors

When you cleaned the TB, did you reset the adaptation?

Not sure I drove it for 20 min let it set over night and it runs terrible again

Did tb relearn idling at 600 rpm drove for 20 miles and these are my readings
