No speed limit showing on heads up display

For some reason the speed limit stopped showing up on my heads up display.  It shows where the number should be but no numbers  just a couple lines..  anyone know how to correct this?

Eject your nav SSD and reinstall.

Readjust your HUD until it comes back into view.

are you paying for a data plan or connecting your truck to your mobile hotspot on your cell phone? If you do not have a data connection to periodically update offline maps you will lose the speed limit on HUD and on the drivers screen.

 

Try to update your offline maps and then check for any updates on the play store. Once you have an up to date offline map for where you are trying to get the speed limit sign to work, I recommend rebooting the radio by holding the end call button for 10 seconds and let it come back and wait like 5-10 minutes for all the systems to come back online again and your speed limit should work again.

 

also, sometimes I have to go into the built in google maps app and launch offline maps (while in park) and the speed limit will work again.

I got out for about 4 hours and when I got back in it was working again.   didn't do anything,

Didn't think about the 2023....they use a completely google based solution right?
