Why my 2020 gmc at4 front floorboards wet driver and passenger

Is there a sweet smell inside the cab or foggy windshield? Possible heater core leak.

No but there is a terrible smell. Like a sour smell. I'm sure the carpet has milldewed. The passenger side seems to have more water than driver side. Also I've been hearing water moving when I take off or stop suddenly.

The water you hear when you take off is water that is trapped in the doors. There are drain slots on the bottom of the doors. If they get clogged the water can't drain out. Get a small wire or screw driver and poke around those slots till the water drains. I heard water in my dads F-150 one day and when I cleared the drain hole it drained for a good minute of water.

As mentioned you need to check the heater/ ac drain. If that is not plugged and you are not using coolant then I would leak check the windshield. Has it ever been replaced?
