ODB II Scanner for Read / Reset of Airbag codes… recommendation?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced ODB II scanner that can read and reset SRS or Airbag codes on a ‘16 Sierra 1500?

 

I’m asking because I’ve seen conflicting info as to whether or not the airbag codes can be read and reset in these trucks with consumer level readers.

What are the issues you're seeing? Have you tried using the codes to understand why they're being set?

I use an Innova 3100c. Easy to use and works good

I’m getting a “service airbag” message.  The error code points to issues with the passenger occupancy module/sensor.  I want to try a few thing and clear the code before I spend close to $600 on a new sensor.

I use the Innova 3100c as well, no issues yet with it.
