So, just installed the mishimoto today and it’s perfect. I left the stock thermostat and fan settings in it and it now runs about 190. I drove around for about an hour and I only seen the temp gauge rise to the 210 mark only once, then it dropped back down to the 190. I’m guessing that is when the thermostat opened up. I took a pick of the temp gauge after about 30 minutes of driving.

Just an fyi... Your actual coolant temp based on the dash gauge pic is somewhere colder than 180⁰, not 190⁰. You would have to check via an external means like an OBDII reader to determine. When dash gauge goes to 210⁰, the coolant temperature will be anywhere from 185⁰ to 225⁰. The dash gauge will show 210⁰ as soon as temp reaches 185⁰. Using dash coolant gauge isn't the best way to determine the temp.
