2022 LTD LT with no drain plug. If I change the front differential fluid by sucking out the old fluid as much as I can with a fluid pump then putting a new fluid without taking off the differential cover and removing metal debris on the magnet, is this way still ok? Better than nothing or no point to do this if old metal debris is not removed by taking off the cover? It looks like a pain in the neck. There is no room, and I don’t want to disconnect the connector for the steering gear to make a room. For the rear differential, yes I will take off the cover! Thank you for the answer in advance.

That is what I did.  The cover isn't like the rear and the gasket IRC isn't reusable. Not to mention on mine there is a main harness that is in the way.  So I just sucked out what I could and filled back up. It's been 50k miles now with no issues.

I used this, https://www.amsoil.com/p/amsoil-severe-gear-75w-90-100-synthetic-gear-lube-svg/?zo=521390

If interested, let me know I can get you a quote.  Shipping is 2-3 days.
