Chemical Smell Yukon 2021 GMC

I purchased a Yukon XL in June of 2023. In December 2024 the vehicle started smelling a chemical odor. I have taken the vehicle to two dealerships i.e Belleview GMC dealership and the Everett GMC dealership. Both Dealerships could not resolve the issue. I was advised to take it for detailing.
I have taken it to two places for detailing
(1) Twice to the Buick GMC Bellevue phone
(2) Twice at Pierre GMC Everett phone
(3) Detailing at A1 Auto Detailing phone
The odor was not resolved. I removed the carpet carpet, the seats and the center console and cleaned up the floor bed and aired out the vehicle. But after closing the door the chemical smell is back
The smell has given me a headache and the kids are always complaining of headaches and congestion
This is my family car but I can't use it and I have no other option. I owe $48,000 on the vehicle and pay $1000 per month and $300 auto insurance but have not used the vehicle since Dec 2024. Please help resolve this issue. The dealerships cannot resolve the smell and . I called GMC but they have not been helpful.

It's 100% bacteria and mold in the hvac condenser case - I had the same issue on my 2021 Yukon and now it just started on my 2023.  It always happens after a few cold months, usually mid-winter or in the spring.  I used a product called "Klima cleaner pro" and sprayed it with the nozzle down into the defrost vents from the upper dash - it has helped a bit but the root cause is still there which means it will come back.  It smells like Ammonia, which is what the bacteria/mold produce in the condensate water.

There is a serious design flaw in these cooling system and I've brought my vehicle to be serviced 3 times they are still not able to fix it - they keep saying to change the cabin filter which was changed each time, and which doesn't resolve the issue at all.
