Tow mirrors

I bought tow mirrors for 09 Chevy Silverado passenger mirror works perfect defrost, power movement, and blinker however the drivers side blinker won’t work which causes my truck blinkers not to work. The indicator light on dash blink faster than normal like my blinker is out. Power moment will only move up and left. Any suggestion on a a fix.

Do electrical testing.  You can pull the mirror off and see if the light is getting power & ground, and/or pull the door panel off and test at the main mirror plug if it's getting them for the turn signal.  Could be a bad mirror, or some problem with it, or could be a wiring problem, say in the door jam.

Worked on it more today found that the fuse was blown changed it out and tried the blinker instantly popped the fuse after hitting the switch. I didn’t see and frayed wiring any where no corrosion, didn’t have a multimeter to check if everything was getting power but this is where I’m at now.

Unplug it and see if it still blows

Thank you for posting that.  That's the funniest thing I've read today.  Trying to do electrical diagnosis w/o even a multimeter is ridiculous.
