So 2019 sierra at4 5.3 8 speed.  Today my drive window gave me some issuses went down would come up.  Go up about a inch and stop.  So I took the door card off too see if I could see any issuses and when I checked my passenger with with that switch it started jerking down and jerking up but would work fine on its own door controls.  So I searched it said prob door harness because my power lock and unlock buttons dont work either so I have the harness out and I couldn't see anything wrong with it.  Is it worth changing or is it the window motor causing issuses because after tapping it slightly with a rubber hammer it wouldn't do anything up or down the small amount thay it did go.  Idk if this is a common issus or what.

you need to do electrical testing.  the wires can break inside the insulation due to flexing.  and of course, it's not 100% testable, as you may test it when it's flexed just right and the wires make contact, but when reinstalled, it doesn't make contact...

What about the switch? My old Tahoe I had the same type symptoms and that's what I replaced.

Same here on my Tahoe.  Ended up replacing all four door switches over time.  Switches seemed to be the weak point not the wiring harness.
