VYU provision?

Working on 2022 3500HD gas. Truck was sold used to owner as having plow prep. It does not have the VYU RPO. It does have 220 amp alternator, 5600 front GVW, skid plates and I found while researching the vin "PV - UDU provisions rear camera prep, VYU provision snow plow". I have added a factory rear camera which works fine. What I need to know is what exactly may be missing to have snow plow prep as I will be installing a Fisher plow and electric sander on this truck. Also will be adding upfitter switches and a second battery Thank you.

Looks like you're about there. The screenshot below is from the 2024 order guide but should be the same for yours.  The only other item that came with my truck (which has VYU) that isn't specifically called out is the wiring harness (also below) which is supposed to prevent issues with the large electrical draw of plow operation. This wasn't installed and came in a bag with the upfitter switch kit.

The one P/N in there you need for both plow install AND for upfitter switch install.

Important question.  Do you have KEYED ignition?  Or is it PUSH BUTTON START?
