Problems after installing hypertech

I installed the Hypertech programmer on my 03 Sierra with the 5.3. After its done installing the DIC says "Engine reduced power" does anyone know why it says that?? Is there anyway of taking care of this problem? Thanks

I'd try uninstalling it, and if you don't have any message, reinstall. Make sure your battery is fully charged and you pull the fuses for the OnStar if you have it. If you still have the problem, call Hypertech on Monday.

I uninstalled it and it still said the same at the end?? I looked it up in the manuel and it says a cooling problem but the truck is not over heating and the antifreeze level is fine??? kinda weird.
