Alright, so were were supposed to leave around 4 AM on the 16th, to be at our hotel at Indy around 3PM........

I just got a call from the Post Office, they want an interview win the AFTERNOON of the 16th, at one of their offices two hours away. and they said if they offer me a job they must get everything done right away, so if I was offered one, it would be hours, probably take all day!!!!!!!!!

BUT, my brother was talking to people and found out that this round I'm in is just for back-up, in case the people they already hired a few week ago wash out.

Pit walk around is 7 AM (well 8-12)on the 17th..........

So if we were able to leave around 10 at night, we'd be cutting it close

IT WORKED OUT!!!!!!!!! They moved my interview to Tuesday, and since I'm the only one there tuesday, it might go fast!!!!!

Sounds good...Having timing issues here myself. The builder's boys had marked my treelawn with flags/paint for the utilities...now mind you, most of the houses in my area are done and have been since the fall...now they decide to dig a trench all the way up the side of my yard and across the front. Yes, it's on the treelawn, but I busted my a$$ getting grass to grow. And of course, they do this the week my brother is coming in from out of town...and no one has yet to tell me what they're doing.

Since they're already digging up your yard....Go buy some PVC and sprinkler heads, and give the guy with the trencher an extra $50 to trench you a sprinkler system. :seeya:

That's my big concern...I spent a good chunk of change last fall getting heads put in. In fact, the soil on the side of the house actually sunk and popped one of the soldered joints for the valve connection for the system...still waiting for the landscaper to come and grade it properly.

GOOD NEWS GUYS!!!!!

I got the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

College is on a hiatus now, IF I decide to go in the near future.

My brother got a Marketing Degree, to end up doing this same job, so he thinks I got a great "deal" on getting this right out of H.S.

Plus, I'm getting like $400 to drive to OKC and get 3 days of training!!(includes reg. pay, mileage, food, etc.).
