how's it done and how easy is it??

Follow the torsion bars back from the lower control arms to the crossmember..at the crossmember the end of the bar goes into a "key" (cam) on the end of that there is a bolt...mark the head of the bolts so you can keep track of the number of times you turn them...you should turn each bolt the same amount..I suggest that you roll the truck back and forth about 4-5 feet after each adjustment you make, so that the suspension "settles"....I would not raise the front end more than 1.5"

so not to throw the geometry off.....THIS WILL AFFECT THE WAY YOUR TRUCK RIDES....you should also have the headlights re-adjusted and consider a front end alignment as all will be affected also......

As long as you do not raise the bars more than two full turns you do not need to get an alignment....but who is only going to raise the front two turns!!

Make sure you jack the front up and get the weight off before cranking!

Should have specified that this is a 2wd, don't think torsion bars apply. I was talking about a leveling kit that included " spacers" on top of the springs.

Keep in mind that adding anything rubber inbetween where the stell should mesh will compromise your ride.
