Stake Hole covers?????

Hi all. New to the forum and just purchased an 04 2500HD W/Duramax and Allison, Crew cab long bed in Black. Man do I l;ove this truck.

My question is this. I don't like the stake holes in the bed rail being open. I would love to cover these up with either a chrome or black cover. I'm not talking about a whole bed rail cover just something to fill the holes. Are there any products out there? I have Googled and Googled but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

GM Accessories has some stainless covers that have a little flip up hook for tying things down. They work well, I have some on my truck. Another company, I think the name is Bully, makes a stake hole cover that the ring pulls straight up. Both mount nearly flush.

How tough are those "flip up" tie downs? Will they work with a bed rail cap? I saw some pics of them in a catalog and they looked pretty nice.

I use mine with the GM rail cap. Below is from the GM Accessories website:
