Polyurethane Bushing Replacement

I've heard in the past of people saying that it is a good idea to replace your stock bushings with polyurethane bushings. What are the bushings to replace and where is the best place to purchase them? Thanks for your help.

They make Urethane bushings for every part of the suspension but the most common replacements are the upper and lower control arms, the anti-sway bar, and maybe the bushings on the leaf springs. You'll probably have to go to a performance parts store or special order them online (jegs, summit racing, etc). Most chain auto-parts stores won't have a good selection and will probably need to special order them for you. Once they come you'll have to take the parts somewhere to have them pressed in.

Don't forget to grease those bushings up as poly can squeek more than the rubber ones.
