Have any of you seen a silver birch SS out there?????

I thougt they were only availible in Onyx Black, Victory Red and Arrival Blue Met.

For 2005 the info I have seen says they have discontinued the blue and added the Silver Birch...........

Wise choice either way. But Im a fan of both colors. I checked and didnt see anything on GM's site about the discontinuation and addition new colors. Id bet Birch looks good with the chromed SS 20's.

I saw a base model that looked like shiny grey primer, is that the Silver Birch?

Yep thats it,kinda drab lookin' if you ask me but thats just my .02 cents.

And yes they still offer the chrome wheels which helps the color a little (but not much) I loved the blue!!

My truck is silver birch but I've not seen an SS that color yet.

No offense to any Silver Birch owners out there, but I don't think that is a good color for an SS truck. It is not bright enough or silver enough. If you are driving an SS, you need to stand out LOUD. Black, Red and the Blue they had did that. They need a different shade of Silver to make that happen.

Sad to see the Blue go, I really liked that one best!

I currently have an 04 Silver Birch and my 01 was Pewter. The Pewter is in my opinion a much classier looking color.

I agree , I don't think the silver birch was the best choice either. I think if they wanted to change or add colors they should have went with the dark grey.......remember hoe hot the 70,71,72 Chevelle's looked with the black hood and trunk stripes and the charcoal grey color.
