Bull horns

This may be an odd question, but how do you mount bull horns on a truck?

Is there a mounting kit available for that kind of application?

im thinking about doing the same thing with an onboard aircompressor, i think im going to try to put it right behind the front bumper and same with the aircompressor and tank, but i dont think theres any kits for it unless you wanna drill through your roof
